What are ticketing services hours and locations?
Ticketing Services are located at 1278 Lincoln Street or you can call us at 303-837-8888, ext. 2. Regular operating hours are 9am to 5pm, Monday through Friday. However, please call for current hours as they may vary in production season to include weekend hours.
Ticketing Services are also available at the Ellie Caulkins Opera House. The Ellie Caulkins Box Office opens two hours before each performance and closes after the first intermission.
How do I get to the Denver Performing Arts Complex?
The majority of Colorado Ballet's performances are held at the Ellie Caulkins Opera House, located at the Denver Performing Arts Complex (14th & Curtis).
Driving Directions:
- From the North:
- Take I-25 south towards Denver. Take Speer Blvd. South – Exit 212A. Turn left on Arapahoe St. Turn right on 13th Street. The Ellie Caulkins Opera House is located on the south side of the Denver Performing Arts Complex between 14th St. and the Temple Hoyne Buell Theatre.
- From the South:
- Take I-25 north towards Denver. Take the Auraria Pkwy./CO-33- Exit 210C. Auraria Parkway becomes Colorado Avalanche Blvd. Turn right on Speer Blvd. Turn left on Arapahoe St. and right on 13th St.
Public Transportation:
Patrons of the Denver Performing Arts Complex now have expanded light rail options for traveling to Downtown Denver.
- Weekday Events:
- Patrons can take the D line, or the F or H lines to the Convention Center/Performing Arts station. These three lines will run at 15-minute frequencies from approximately 5:00am to 11:30pm. Patrons boarding the C line or the E line should transfer to the D, F, or H lines at the I-25 & Broadway station.
- Weekend Events:
- Patrons can take the D line or the H line to the Convention Center/Performing Arts station. These two lines will run at 15-minute frequencies from approximately 7:30am to 11:30pm. Patrons boarding the C line or the E line should transfer to the D or H lines at the I-25 & Broadway station.

Where do I park?
When parking, the suggested arrival time is one hour prior to curtain to avoid a late arrival to the performance.
Parking Options:
- Colorado Convention Center Parking Garage:
Entrances are off of Speer northbound at Champa St. The Colorado Convention Center Garage connects to the Denver Performing Arts Complex by a pedestrian bridge that crosses over Champa St.
- Denver Performing Arts Complex Parking Garage:
Parking at the Denver Performing Arts Complex Parking Garage costs $10 per vehicle.
Street parking and other surface lots are available in nearby blocks.

What are the policies and procedures of attending the Ballet?
Seating Policies:
Please be aware that there is no assigned late seating. Latecomers will be seated at the discretion of house management, but may be required to wait in the lobby until intermission. Television monitors display the performance and are located in the lobby. All patrons (all ages) attending Colorado Ballet performance require a ticket. Lap seating is not permitted.
Ballet Attire:
Most people feel comfortable in business casual attire when going to the ballet, however, some do dress in more formal attire on opening night and Friday and Saturday evening performances. If the event is a special occasion, you are certainly encouraged to make the most of your outing.
Does Colorado Ballet offer group discounts?
Yes! Bring your family, friends, co-workers or social group to the ballet and get a discount on tickets for groups of 10 or more. Group pricing is based on group size and time and date of performance.
